From January 1, 2026, the procedure for confirming the status of a domestic manufacturer in Kazakhstan has changed.
СТ-KZ certificates and industrial certificates are no longer used to confirm the origin of goods and the status of a domestic manufacturer. They have been replaced by a unified digital Register of Kazakhstani Commodity Producers (KTP Register), maintained by the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Main changes:

Digital confirmation of status.
Verification of product origin and manufacturer status is now carried out online through a digital system without the need to provide paper documents. -
Participation in public procurement.
To receive benefits and preferences in public procurement, a company must be included in the KTP Register. An extract from the register replaces previously required certificates.
