Up to 100,000 ₸ — delivery 2,500 ₸.
From 100,000 ₸ and above — delivery is free.

- In Almaty, delivery is made within 3–4 business days after the order is received (if the product is in stock), or by agreement with the online store managers.
- Delivery is free for a combined purchase of goods from different retail outlets in Almaty with a total amount of 100,000 ₸ and above.
- These delivery terms apply not only to furniture, but also to other goods (non-food items, tableware, etc.).
- Inspection of the goods is mandatory by the customer upon acceptance of the order in the presence of the delivery department staff. The risk of accidental damage to the goods passes to the buyer from the moment of acceptance. Claims regarding quantity, комплектation, and visible defects after acceptance of the goods will not be accepted.
- Orders placed after 15:00 are processed the next day.
- Lifting above the 2nd floor — 500 ₸ per floor (if there is no freight elevator). Payment is made in cash to the loader.
- When delivering large-sized goods by several loaders: lifting 1 large-sized item above the 2nd floor — 500 ₸ for each loader for each floor.
- When delivering to a private house, delivery is carried out to the door/gate.
- Please check with the managers for furniture assembly times after delivery within Almaty city.
- From 17.05.2024, furniture assembly became paid.
- If the customer could not receive the goods on the first delivery attempt: repeat delivery for an additional fee — 5,000 ₸ (large-sized/bulky goods — 12,600 ₸).
- Delivery of large-sized or bulky goods occupying the whole vehicle — 12,600 ₸.
