- These terms apply to furniture, non-food items, tableware and other goods.
- Delivery takes 3–4 business days.
- If the vehicle cannot reach the unloading point due to access restrictions, vehicle dimensions, a lack of access roads or other obstacles, delivery is made to the nearest accessible point.
- Carrying goods an additional distance from the vehicle’s parking location, including from a barrier to a building entrance/apartment, around a building, through basement levels, shopping aisles, markets and other areas, is charged separately, as agreed with the delivery team on site.
- Entry fees for markets, warehouses, transport company premises, paid parking areas and other sites with paid access are paid separately by the customer upon arrival of the delivery team.
- If free parking is unavailable, parking fees are paid by the customer.
- For deliveries to a private house, goods are unloaded at the door or gate.
- Delivery to administrative buildings, including schools, clinics, offices and other institutions, is made to the main entrance. Carrying goods upstairs, moving them to individual offices or other rooms, and placing them inside those rooms are not included.
Redelivery
An additional fee applies if redelivery is required due to the customer’s absence at the agreed time, refusal to accept the goods, or other circumstances attributable to the customer that prevent handover.
- Standard redelivery costs 5 000 ₸ per address.
- Redelivery of oversized or bulky items costs 12 800 ₸ per address.
- If goods need to be transported again outside Almaty due to circumstances attributable to the customer, the cost is calculated at double the rate according to the company’s current price list.

Carrying goods upstairs
Carrying goods above the 2nd floor is charged separately if no freight lift is available.
- The charge for carrying goods upstairs is 500 ₸ per floor.
- Payment for carrying goods upstairs is made directly to the mover.
- When oversized goods are delivered by several movers, the charge for carrying them upstairs is 500 ₸ per floor per mover.
- When several oversized items are delivered, the charge is calculated at 500 ₸ per trip upstairs per mover.
