How to return or exchange a product?

If you placed an order or purchased goods at a ZETA store in Almaty, please contact the place of purchase regarding exchanges or returns.

If you placed an order on the online store zeta.kz, please contact onlineshop@zeta.kz for exchanges or returns.

What documents are required to process a return?

The following documents are required to process a product return:

Sales receipt
Cash payment — cash register receipt
Cashless payment - the bank card used for the purchase
Identification document
How to cancel an order that has been sent to production?

In case of cancellation of an order sent to production, a commission of 30% of the order value will be withheld.

How can I pay for an order on the website?

You can pay quickly and securely directly on the website.

Select the delivery method
Choose online payment by bank card
Confirm your order. When selecting online payment, you will be automatically redirected to the bank’s payment page. Fill in all required fields and click "Pay".

After payment, an electronic receipt will be sent to your email.

Attention! Not all bank cards initially support online payments. To find out if your card supports internet financial transactions, please consult your bank representative. After payment, your order will be processed and assigned a status.
