Return and Exchange Policy for goods purchased in our online store
Before delivery, we check all goods for manufacturing defects.
We strive to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition.
Please check your order upon receipt from the courier before signing the delivery note:
- ✔️ quantity
- ✔️ quality
- ✔️ any damages
Dear customers!
Claims regarding quantity, completeness and visible defects will not be accepted after goods have been accepted by the customer.
Warranty applies to ZETA products:
- ✔️ 1 year - for furniture.
- ✔️ 1 month - for components.
Warranty terms for imported goods should be clarified with our managers.
Transport costs are not included in the warranty.
In case of return of proper quality goods - delivery to the warehouse is at customer’s expense.
According to Article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Consumer Protection", buyer may exchange goods within 14 days...
Exchange is possible if goods were not used, retain marketable condition, seals, labels and purchase document.
- ✔️ Return allowed if exchange goods unavailable.
- ✔️ Return or exchange for defective goods possible within warranty period.

Courier services paid by customer unless fault of online store.
Refunds within 10 calendar days after goods received at warehouse.
Warranty conditions:
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects (foam, seams, soft parts) within warranty period.
- Components warranty — 1 month from purchase date.
- Warranty does not apply to:
- Damage due to transport, storage, operation violations;
- Unauthorized repair;
- Construction changes or incorrect assembly;
- Mechanical damage, water, chemicals, extreme temperatures.
Manufacturer may change design without loss of consumer properties.
Note:- - Minor shade differences not a defect;
- - Pattern/color differences not a defect;
- - "Cracking effect" and scuffs from normal use allowed;
- - Light folds on upholstery material allowed and not a defect.
